From the Chairman's Desk: Your Chamber Needs You!!!

The past eighteen months have been a chaotic time for Virgin Islands business owners to keep their doors open, and on behalf of the BVI Chamber of Commerce and Hotel Association’s Board of Directors, Management and Staff, I salute all business owners for the persistence they have shown in safeguarding lives AND livelihoods during this global health crisis. We especially appreciate our membership for their continued support of the crucial work we do on behalf of the business community. Your business success is our business, and together, we will come out of this more formidable than before! Despite a slow economic recovery during 2021, we are still hopeful of ending the year strong as we look forward to the start of the next tourism season.

The BVICCHA was also affected negatively by the pandemic recession as we rely primarily on membership dues and fundraisers to sustain our programs and operations. We have seen our revenue streams shrink to an all-time low and are currently in need of urgent financial support to continue the great work. How can you help us? I am glad you asked!

And because we would love EVERY business in EVERY industry to join, we are running a special Membership Drive from 15th October 2021 to 15th December 2021. This also applies to not-for-profit organizations (NPOs).
